Upgrade of Neevia

New version 6.9 is available at: \\cern.ch\dfs\Services\conversion\Software\Neevia\6.9 Just click on dcpro.exe and proceed with the installation. Just install it in same location as previous version. Be sure no files, even converted ones, are in use. Better clean-up before hand the standard folders C:\Program Files (x86)\neevia.com\docConverterPro\DEF_FOLDERS or any other custom one.

Be sure that parsers are being enable and have same config as production. Just as a help, here just a small sum-up in images:

Upgrade from 6.9 to 7.0

The new version 7.0 is available at: \\cern.ch\dfs\Services\conversion\Software\Neevia\7.0.

Follow this procedure: 1. Stop Doconverter 2. Copy C:\Program Files (x86)\neevia.com\docConverterPro\configs to some backup location e.g. C:\users\cdsconv\downloads. 3. Uninstall Doconverter: Control Panel -> Programms 4. Run as admin: \\cern.ch\dfs\Services\conversion\Software\Neevia\7.0\dcpro.exe 5. Set the license (only 2 available) 6. Stop Doconverter if running 7. Copy new C:\Program Files (x86)\neevia.com\docConverterPro\configs somewhere and copy your all setings there. 8. Start doconverter.
